How long does a home build take?
On average once we break ground, home construction takes 6 to 9 months.
How much can I customize my home?
For custom homes, the sky’s the limit with the only constraint being your own budget. With semi-custom homes, you still get to choose all of your design finishes and interior materials, as well as exterior elements.
What is your build process like?
At SheBuilds we pride ourselves on communication. Each of our clients receives a personal project portal to access their construction schedule, see daily log updates, make design selections, and comment or message our team about any questions. Building a home should be an exciting experience — leave the logistics and worries to us!
Do we have to hire and communicate with subcontractors, or will you handle this for me?
We handle everything! You will have a Project Manager who will communicate directly with you, so you won’t need to worry about running around talking to subcontractors, picking out finishes, and worrying about the details. We are not only contractors; we are designers who can help bring your vision to life!
What warranties do you provide?
We stand behind our work, and independently offer the following warranties: 1 Year Workmanship; 2 Year Distribution Systems; 10 Year Structural. If you have any questions on what these warranties specifically include, please contact us — we are happy to answer any questions you may have!
